1095 steel flat bar is one of the most common and widely used high carbon steels on the market. Rust prevention treatment:
We apply anti-rust oil on the steel plate to prevent 1095 steel flat stretcher plate from rusting.
We use rustproof paper to seal the 1095 steel bar stock plate to isolate the knife-making steel plate from outside air or water.
Finally, we pack the steel plate with wrapping film and fix it with tape paper to isolate air and water again and prevent damage to the sharp corners.
Knifemaking maintenance points:
Remember to wash, wipe clean, and make sure your knife steel is dry and free of moisture on the knife when it comes in contact with water, blood and other liquids or in a humid environment.
Remember to apply knife oil when the knife is not used for an extended period of time.
