Shipping Policy
We ship aftermarket parts for heavy machinery and agricultural equipment worldwide. Orders to the United States ship from our US warehouses; international orders ship from our warehouse in China. This page explains how long orders take to process, what shipping costs, which carriers we use, and what to do if something goes wrong with a delivery.
Order processing
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is accepted. If it does not arrive, please contact us so we can check the email address on the order. You can also sign in to My Account to see your order status at any time.
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off is 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles); orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Where an order contains several parts held at different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one shipment. Each shipment is tracked separately and you will receive tracking for each one.
Delivery times
Delivery time is the transit time after an order has shipped. Add the 1–2 business days of processing above to estimate when a parcel will arrive.
United States (shipped from our US warehouses)
- Free Shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground): 5–10 working days.
- Expedited Shipping (FedEx, DHL): 2–6 working days.
Other countries (shipped from our warehouse in China)
- Standard Shipping (4PX, CNE): 7–12 working days.
- Expedited Shipping (DHL, FedEx): 4–8 working days.
These are estimates. International deliveries also depend on the carrier and on customs clearance in the destination country, which we cannot control.
Shipping cost
Shipping within the United States is free on standard ground service. Free shipping does not cover oversized or LTL freight shipments unless the product page says otherwise.
For all other orders, shipping is calculated from the weight of the parts and the delivery address. Enter your address at checkout and the exact cost is shown before you pay.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Import duties and taxes
Customers outside the United States are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by their own country, as well as any return shipping costs. These are not included in the price you pay us.
Freight shipments
Large or heavy orders may travel by freight carrier rather than parcel service. Freight deliveries are booked for a delivery window, and someone needs to be available at that time to inspect the shipment and sign the paperwork.
Freight is priced by weight and destination. We prepay freight on all shipments and add the charge to your invoice; you can see it at the cart page before checkout. We pass on the volume rates we have negotiated with our carriers.
Carriers we use
Within the United States we ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. For international orders we use 4PX, CNE, DHL and FedEx. We choose the carrier that suits the destination and the size of the shipment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships and the carrier has generated a tracking number, we email it to you. You can follow the shipment on the carrier's own site:
- USPS: www.usps.com
- UPS: www.ups.com
- FedEx: www.fedex.com
- DHL: www.dhl.com
- 4PX: www.4px.com
- CNE: www.cne.com
Packaging
Parts are packed securely for transit, and each package is labeled with the part number so you can identify what is inside.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, take clear photos of the part and of the packaging, including the shipping label, and contact us. We will refund or replace it as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For freight (LTL) deliveries, please inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Write any damage or shortage on the bill of lading or delivery sheet, have the driver sign it, keep a copy, and contact us straight away so we can open a claim with the carrier.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check the following:
- If the carrier recorded a signature, ask the person who signed for it.
- Check other offices, reception areas or mail rooms at your address.
- Ask neighbours or other units nearby whether they took it in for you.
- If a delivery location was recorded, check that spot carefully.
If you still cannot find it, contact us as soon as possible and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
